About Websolver / LocalHalo Websolver is hiring for LocalHalo, a SaaS platform focused on Google reviews and local SEO that helps local businesses build their online reputation and improve local search visibility. We're looking for energetic field sales professionals to acquire customers and grow our on-ground presence in Chennai.

Role Overview We are seeking motivated Field Sales Executives / Managers to meet local businesses in person, pitch LocalHalo, and close deals. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Visit local businesses (retailers, clinics, salons, restaurants, etc.) across Chennai to pitch LocalHalo Generate leads through field prospecting, cold visits, and referrals Conduct product demos and explain the value of reviews and local SEO Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly targets Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners Collect market feedback and report on competitor activity Maintain daily visit logs and update CRM Coordinate with the inside sales and support teams for onboarding Requirements MBA in Marketing/Sales or a related degree (BBA or equivalent) Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel locally within Chennai and work on the field daily Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred) Freshers with strong fundamentals and experienced field sales candidates both welcome What We Offer Competitive salary + attractive incentives on sales Travel/field allowance Fast growth opportunities in a scaling SaaS company Training on product, sales techniques, and AI tools
