Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations across Chennai, meeting potential customers, presenting our products using our product catalogue, generating leads, following up with customers, negotiating, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers and businesses across Chennai on a daily basis.
• Carry and present the company’s product catalogue to customers.
• Explain our products, designs, customization options, pricing, and services clearly.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
• Meet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and share quotations and follow up with customers until the deal is closed.
• Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads and potential customers.
• Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and management teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable travelling throughout Chennai for customer meetings.
• Confident in presenting products and speaking with customers.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to independently plan customer visits and follow-ups.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
• Experience in interior, home décor, furniture, construction, building materials, or related industries will be an added advantage.

The Role

This is a field-oriented sales position. The candidate should be comfortable spending most of the working day meeting customers across Chennai rather than working from the office.

The primary responsibility is simple:

Visit → Present Catalogue → Generate Leads → Follow Up → Negotiate → Close the Deal.
