Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, promoting solar products, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits.
• Promote solar products and rooftop solar solutions to residential and commercial customers.
• Visit potential customers and explain solar system benefits, pricing, and installation processes.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in solar sales is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Bike is mandatory for field visits.
• Must be below 35 years of age.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Benefits
