Job Description
Salary details and JD for Market Manager
CTC -40760/-Per Month
Take Home – 22760/ 35000-Per Month
TADA - Per day- 240/-Rs per day
Variable Pay- Up to 6500/- based on their performance.
JD:
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Building relationships with existing buyers
- Generating New leads and onboarding.
- Collecting orders from existing buyers."
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Mainly focusing on promoting Udaan's own products to retailers.
- Converting Dormant buyers.
- Credit Analysis and Recovery.
- Building business relationships with current and potential Buyers
- Assisting buyers with promotional and other offers
- Resolving key issues which might be faced.
- Collaborating with Manager on sales goals & highlighting key issues
