Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED display systems.

Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues.

Conduct site visits and provide technical support.

Prepare daily service and installation reports.

Coordinate with the Project/Service Manager and customers.

Preferred Candidate:


Candidates with experience in LED display, digital signage, or similar companies are preferred.

Candidates currently working with competitor companies in the LED/display industry may also apply.

Good technical, troubleshooting, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel to project and customer locations.
