Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the Fire & Safety contract at the project site.
Act as the main contact between the client, port authority and company.
Ensure contract requirements, SLAs and safety standards are achieved.
Plan and deploy Fire & Safety manpower and manage duty rosters.
Monitor attendance, leave and manpower utilization.
Manage uniforms, PPE, firefighting equipment and other safety assets.
Ensure discipline, grooming and professional conduct of Fire & Safety personnel.
Coordinate recruitment, induction, training and competency assessments.
Conduct fire safety inspections, mock drills, toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
Prepare Fire Call Reports, Incident Reports, PFS Inspection Reports and Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, SOPs and client safety requirements.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure firefighting equipment is operational.
Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
Handle client meetings, audits, inspections and operational issues.
Support billing, manpower records and other contract-related documentation.
Monitor operating costs and ensure efficient contract operations.
