Floor Supervisor

FLOOR EXECUTIVE – Roles & Responsibilities

📍 Location: Phoenix Marketcity, Chennai

This role is suitable for candidates from Hotel Management, Hospitality, and F&B background, as it involves customer service, floor operations, and coordination with retail brands.

🧭 Floor Operations:

• Ensure mall opening and closing procedures are followed by all retailers.

• Complete the mall opening checklist and ensure proper staff deployment.

• Monitor escalators, entry/exit points, parking areas, staircases, and overall cleanliness of the floor.

• Conduct regular floor rounds and coordinate with assigned retailer stores for smooth operations.

• Activate and monitor V-count and IT devices; escalate issues if required.

• Check ATM machines and coordinate with service teams if any issue arises.

🎯 Marketing & Event Support:

• Assist during celebrity visits at the cinema (entry coordination, security, crowd management).

• Ensure VM setups, standees, and backlit displays are clean and functioning properly.

• Support mall events, brand promotions, and marketing activities.

• Coordinate with Nhance promoters and event teams.

🛍️ Retailer Coordination:

• Monitor store opening and closing timings.

• Record late openings or early closures and escalate if required.

• Assist retailers with operational issues (power, FLS, housekeeping, maintenance).

• Handle retailer queries and provide immediate support.

🕒 Shift Timings (Rotational):

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 Pm – 10.00 PM

📅 6 Days Working | 1 Weekly Off

👕 Uniform:

Uniform is mandatory for this role.
