Graphic Designer

Hi Way Road Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Graphic Designer to support our traffic signage, road-safety products, printing, and branding requirements.

The role will primarily involve preparing print-ready artwork for traffic signboards, highway signage, safety boards, reflective signage, vinyl graphics, large-format printing, and other production-related designs.

The candidate should be comfortable working with precise dimensions, technical layouts, multilingual content, and production files rather than focusing only on social-media or creative advertising designs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and prepare artwork for traffic signboards, highway signs, safety signs, direction boards, informatory boards, and other road-safety products.
• Create layouts according to provided dimensions, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
• Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing, vinyl cutting, reflective sheeting, and signboard production.
• Work extensively with CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
• Convert low-resolution artwork, images, or PDF references into clean vector artwork.
• Resize and adapt designs without affecting proportions or print quality.
• Prepare Tamil, Hindi, and English text layouts for multilingual signboards.
• Check spelling, alignment, dimensions, colour specifications, margins, and artwork accuracy before production.
• Coordinate with the production and signboard fabrication teams regarding artwork requirements.
• Make corrections based on client or site feedback.
• Maintain organised project files and artwork archives.
• Prepare basic company brochures, quotations, product catalogues, presentations, and marketing creatives when required.
• Ensure all files released for production are technically correct and suitable for printing/cutting.
