Job Description

Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, manage registration, and provide facility or area orientations

VIP and Special Care: Monitor arrival lists, coordinate personalized amenities, and cater specifically to VIP needs throughout their stay

Inquiries and Promotion: Provide details on property features, local attractions, and services while actively promoting on-site amenities

Issue Resolution: Listen to customer complaints with empathy and resolve or escalate problems promptly to maintain high satisfaction

Administrative Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logbooks, records of guest preferences, and feedback documentation
