Job Description

  • Lead new product development and process planning.
  • Review 2D/3D drawings and select machines/processes.
  • Prepare process plans, cycle-time estimates and setup requirements.
  • Manage tooling, fixtures and workholding requirements.
  • Coordinate CAM programming and first-piece trials.
  • Handle development issues, RCA and CAPA.
  • Prepare setup sheets, work instructions and tool lists.
  • Support shop-floor handover and ensure NPD timelines.
  • Skills: MasterCAM / Siemens NX / Fusion 360 / EdgeCAM, G-code/M-code, Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi/Mazatrol, GD&T and strong coordination skills.
