Job Description
Key Responsibilities
manages daily cleaning staff, inspects rooms and common areas for quality, schedules shifts, trains workers, and handles inventory. They ensure the facility meets high hygiene and safety standards while resolving guest or client complaints.
Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, create work schedules, and supervise housekeepers and attendants.
Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they match cleanliness rules.
Training: Teach new staff correct cleaning methods, safety rules, and chemical usage.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for cleaning products, linens, and supplies, and order more when needed.
Maintenance & Coordination: Report broken items to the maintenance team and work with the front desk on room status.
Customer Service: Listen to guest complaints and fix issues fast
