Job SummaryLogskim Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sound understanding of HR practices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Handle employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll inputs.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate performance appraisal activities and maintain employee performance records.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and support statutory compliance activities.
• Manage exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and employee separation documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management-related reports as required.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Good problem-solving and employee-handling skills.
• Eligibility CriteriaAny graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Candidates with experience in staffing, recruitment, or consultancy environments will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
