Job Description

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or as an HR Generalist.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Savvy:
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools for data management, preferably GreytHR, Paycom
  • Expertise in Advanced MS Office (specifically XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables in Excel, and professional PowerPoint design).
