Job Description
Role
- Manage and lead the recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end and bulk hiring for manufacturing roles.
- Set daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, ITIs, colleges, and vendors.
- Coordinate with clients for manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree; MBA HR preferred.
- 6–10 years of recruitment experience.
- Minimum 3 years of team-handling/managerial experience.
- Experience in manufacturing/automotive/engineering recruitment preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ATS.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Tamil & English communication is mandatory.
