Responsibilities

  • Post job vacancies and source suitable candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities.
  • Collect and maintain employee documents.
  • Update daily attendance, leave, and permission records.
  • Support monthly salary data preparation.
  • Maintain employee and recruitment records.
  • Handle basic employee queries and coordination.
  • Support HR events, meetings, and daily HR activities.
  • Report important HR issues to the HR Manager.
