Job Description

  • Greet all walk-in customers warmly and establish a welcoming store environment.
  • Assess customer requirements by asking open-ended questions and offering expert product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage to drive purchasing decisions.
  • Inform customers about ongoing store promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, and bundled offers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper stock levels on display shelves, racks, and counters.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and periodic stock audits.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process cash, card, or digital payments, and issue accurate receipts or invoices.
  • Handle basic customer feedback, exchanges, or returns efficiently and politely according to store policy.
