Job Description
Fair Pack Machineries (Chennai) manufactures packaging machines and is hiring an Inside Sales & CRM Executive.
Your work:
• Manage our CRM and handle all incoming sales inquiries
• Talk to clients, understand the requirement, and pass it to the right area sales manager
• For areas with no sales manager, follow up on the quotation yourself and close the order
• Keep the sales pipeline updated so no inquiry is missed
You need:
• 2 to 5 years in inside sales, tele-sales, sales coordination or CRM work (B2B or industrial preferred)
• Good on phone, email and WhatsApp; organised and persistent
• Comfortable with a CRM and Excel
• Fluent in Tamil and English (Telugu and Hindi a plus)
Location: Chennai, on-site.
