Job Description

Inside Sales Executive – E-Commerce


Language Requirement: BOTH Kannada and Telugu


Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational


Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Executives to manage customer enquiries, drive sales conversions and deliver an excellent customer experience for our growing D2C e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries through WhatsApp.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluency in both Kannada and Telugu is mandatory.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
