For Freshers - Inside Sales Intern → Full-Time Career
Chennai | Full-Time, In-Office | 1-Month Paid Internship → FT Conversion
What You Get:
• Stipend: ₹10,000 (on hitting ₹30K target in month 1)
• Post-conversion CTC: ₹4LPA + Incentives
4-week hands-on training: mock calls → live pitching → independent selling with coaching

You Speak:
English + any one of Kannada / Hindi / Telugu
What You'll Do:
• Call prospects, pitch
Pepagora, crack objections
Qualify leads & pass hot ones for closure
• Track everything on CRM
Hit monthly targets, grow every week
Who Fits:
- Min 6months to Max 1 year Experience in Tele sales / Inside Sales ( B2B sales preferred)
- 2026 grads (any degree!) - Freshers
- Confident talkers who don't fear "No"
- Sales experience? Bonus.
