Job Description
Key Responsibilities – IT Sales & Marketing Engineer* Identify and generate new B2B IT sales opportunities Understand customer IT requirements and recommend suitable solutions Promote IT products, software, hardware, networking & services Prepare technical quotations, proposals and presentations Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions Coordinate with technical/support teams for solution implementation Develop and maintain strong customer & channel partner relationships Follow up on leads, quotations and sales opportunities Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth Research market trends, competitors and new technologies Maintain accurate CRM, sales pipeline and customer records Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support when required
