Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and practical knowledge of Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain daily transactions, sales/purchase entries, cash, and bank vouchers in Tally.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and ledger verification.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare customer invoices, track accounts payable, and manage receivables.
• Taxation Support: Basic handling of GST entries, invoice checking, and TDS-related documentation.
• Documentation: Organize, verify, and archive accounting documents and bills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or relevant degree in Commerce/Finance.
• Mandatory Technical Skills:
• Practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Sound understanding of core accounting principles.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and office tools.
• Age Limit: 23 to 30 years.
• Experience: at least 6 Months.
• Key Skills: Attention to detail, basic analytical skills, and good communication.

Job Details:

• Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Job Type: Full-time
