Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Vision AI Leadership

• Define and implement the organization's Computer Vision and Vision AI strategy in alignment with L&T’s digital transformation goals.
• Identify high-value business opportunities where computer vision can improve operational efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Lead the adoption of Vision AI solutions across multiple business units and project locations.
• Drive innovation through the application of emerging AI technologies to solve complex industrial challenges.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance for enterprise-wide computer vision initiatives.

Solution Architecture and Deployment

• Design and architect end-to-end computer vision solutions for industrial and enterprise environments.
• Develop scalable systems that integrate cameras, drones, sensors, robots, and AI platforms.
• Lead implementation of vision-based applications including:
  • Construction progress monitoring
  • Safety compliance monitoring
  • Quality inspection and defect detection
  • Industrial asset inspection
  • Automated surveillance and analytics
• Support deployment across multiple locations and large-scale camera networks.
• Enable integration with digital twin platforms and enterprise applications.
