Job Description

IDAM PORUL YAEVAL HOME INTERIOR is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about architecture, residential interiors, space planning, and 3D visualization.

The candidate will assist in preparing interior design drawings, developing 3D models, and coordinating residential interior projects from design development to site execution.

  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrepare 2D floor plans, elevations, and interior design drawings.
  • Develop 3D models and interior visualizations for residential projects.
  • Assist with space planning, furniture layouts, and material selection.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with senior designers, clients, and site execution teams.
  • Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring project progress.
  • Make drawing revisions based on client requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
  • Required SkillsWorking knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling.
  • Knowledge of V-Ray for rendering and visualization.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of architectural drawings and interior design concepts.
  • Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Eligibility CriteriaB.Arch or Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates should have a strong interest in residential interior design.
  • Basic software knowledge and a willingness to work on live projects are essential.
