Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, explain menu items, and handle requests or feedback.
  • Preparation & Serving: Prepare coffee, tea, or specialty drinks (if acting as a barista), assist with light food assembly or plating, and serve orders to tables or counters.
  • Cash & POS Management: Operate the cash register or Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process cash and digital payments, and issue bills or receipts.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Wipe down tables, sanitize counters, wash dishes, clear cutlery, and maintain safety and health standards.
  • Inventory Support: Restock ingredients, cups, napkins, and display items, and help unpack new stock.
