What you’ll do
Recruit, train, and develop Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Build and maintain a strong agency sales team.
Identify potential candidates and onboard new advisors.
Generate business through the agency channel and achieve assigned sales targets.
Required Candidate profile
Relevant experience in Life Insurance – Agency Channel preferred.
Experience in any sales Banking/Finance/Insurance is also preferred
