Job Title: Electrical & Plumbing Maintenance Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, and circuit breakers.
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment breakdowns.
- Carry out plumbing repairs, including water pipes, taps, valves, washbasins, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Identify and repair water leakage, blockages, and plumbing faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure electrical and plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Attend maintenance complaints and complete repair work on time.
- Use tools and equipment safely and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and report major faults to the supervisor.
- Assist with general building maintenance whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair work.
- Ability to use electrical and plumbing tools.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Salary: 18K to 25K
Duty Hours:10hrs duty
