Job Description

Job Responsibilities


• Handle electrical, mechanical and general maintenance work.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Troubleshoot electrical equipment, panels, motors, wiring, etc.

• Monitor DG, UPS, pumps, HVAC and other facility equipment.

• Attend maintenance complaints and resolve issues on time.

• Maintain maintenance records and daily checklists.

• Coordinate with vendors/contractors whenever required.

• Follow safety rules and company maintenance procedures.
