Job Description: 

Walker HVAC Engineering is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Executive to promote our HVAC solutions and generate new business opportunities. The role involves visiting construction sites, villas, architects, consultants, and builders to establish professional relationships and introduce our HVAC services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit construction sites, villas, and ongoing building projects to identify potential HVAC requirements. 

- Meet with builders, architects, consultants, and project managers to introduce Walker HVAC Engineering services. 

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, and construction professionals. 

- Collect project details such as building plans, drawings, and project specifications. 

- Coordinate with the internal engineering team to prepare HVAC quotations based on project drawings. 

- Present and promote company HVAC solutions to potential clients. 

- Follow up with builders and consultants to convert leads into confirmed projects. 

- Maintain records of site visits, contacts, and project opportunities. 

- Continuously identify new projects and business opportunities in the market.

Requirements:

- Good communication and relationship-building skills. 

- Ability to travel locally and visit construction sites regularly. 

- Basic understanding of construction or HVAC industry is preferred. 

- Ability to interact confidently with architects, builders, and consultants. 

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in construction, HVAC, building materials, or engineering marketing will be an advantage.

Key Skills:

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives
