Job Description
- Marketing Executive – Lead ConversionKey RolesGenerate and manage leads through digital marketing, campaigns, referrals, calls, and other marketing channels.
- Contact leads promptly and understand their requirements, interests, and purchase intent.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, location, and readiness to purchase.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels.
- Explain products/services, pricing, offers, benefits, and processes clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Track lead-to-customer conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
- ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly lead conversion and sales-support targets.
- Follow up on new, existing, inactive, and pending leads.
- Respond to customer enquiries within the expected turnaround time.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct customer follow-ups until the lead reaches a clear outcome.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Ensure professional and customer-focused communication at every stage.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.
