Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting real estate projects, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, online portals, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Manage and promote property listings across relevant real estate platforms.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about projects, properties, pricing, amenities, and offers.
• Plan and coordinate property exhibitions, open houses, site visits, and promotional events.
• Manage social media content and assist with creating marketing materials, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, campaigns, and marketing performance.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, vendors, and other marketing partners.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Ensure all promotional activities follow company guidelines and applicable real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or business development preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also be considered.
