Job Description
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Keep office premises, meeting rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.
- Deliver and collect documents, files, and correspondence within and outside the office.
- Assist with opening, arranging, and distributing incoming mail.
- Maintain basic office supplies and inform the supervisor when items need replenishment.
- Assist staff with general day-to-day office activities.
- Help arrange meeting rooms and prepare them for meetings.
- Assist with moving files, stationery, and other office materials when required.
- Support basic errands such as bank, courier, post office, or other official work.
- Ensure the office is properly arranged and ready for daily operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
