Job Description

A Picker/Packer is responsible for picking products from storage locations, checking them for accuracy and quality, packing orders safely, and preparing them for dispatch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pick products according to customer/order requirements.
  • Check product quantity, quality, and item codes.
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Label and organize packages for dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages or damaged items.
  • Keep the warehouse/work area clean and organized.
  • Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
