Job Description
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic computer applications
Good English communication and email drafting skills
Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs and commercial documents
Good typing and data-entry skills
Ability to understand customer requirements, drawings and BOQs
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Ability to coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Design and Management teams
Good attention to detail while checking quantities, rates, GST, discounts and totals
Ability to maintain quotation and customer follow-up records
Good time management and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn about Aluminium Windows, Doors, Façade, Louvers and related products
