Presales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Pre-Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our products or services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

- Explain the company's products, services, features, and benefits.

- Understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.

- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for sales executives.

- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation goals.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Good Hindi and basic English communication.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Candidates with telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
