Job Description

Ø Plan and manage the overall procurement strategy

Ø Approve PRs and POs as per budget and authority matrix

Ø Develop and manage vendor relationships

Ø Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and SLAs

Ø Monitor cost control and budget adherence

Ø Ensure on-time procurement to avoid project delays

Ø Review vendor performance and conduct audits

Ø Lead and guide purchase executives / team

Ø Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies

Ø Coordinate with projects, finance, and management
