Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR & Admin Officer (Field Operations) to join our team. This is a dynamic field-oriented role that involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, field admin, and strict adherence to attendance and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Compliances).


If you thrive in a movement-oriented environment, enjoy direct operational coordination, and have strong knowledge of Employee Attendance, compliance and new employee onboarding.
