Job Description
We are hiring for Purchase Executive for Muthu Pharma Warehouse(Unit of Ascent Wellness and Pharma solutions)
Location: Ambattur,Chennai
Salary: 2.5-3LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Purchase/Data management/Claim reporting
Skills: Advanced Excel(Vlookup, Pivot Table, Hlookup)
Shift Time: 9AM-6PM
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock availability.
- Monitor DOH (Days on Hand) and OOS (Out of Stock) products to maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Track and monitor purchase margins to ensure profitability.
- Identify near-expiry and expired products and coordinate with suppliers for expiry claims.
- Follow up with suppliers for Credit Note (CN) collection and ensure timely closure of pending claims.
- Ensure accurate PR (Purchase Return) mapping and reconciliation of expiry claims.
- Maintain purchase, inventory, and expiry claim trackers and reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and other internal teams for smooth operations.
