Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from project drawings.
Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost monitoring.
Prepare and verify client bills and subcontractor invoices.
Monitor material consumption and perform material reconciliation.
Conduct rate analysis for construction activities and materials.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams.
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accurate quantity estimation.
Track project costs and support budget control initiatives.
Prepare quantity reports, billing records, and project documentation.
Ensure timely submission of bills and maintain cost-related records.
