Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting site visits, guiding customers through residential/commercial property sales, and driving deal closures.Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with potential buyers and generate qualified sales leads through phone calls, networking, and digital platforms.Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective clients across Chennai.Pitch residential plots, luxury apartments, and commercial projects based on customer requirements and budget.Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, offering guidance on market trends, property specs, and pricing structures.Assist clients through property documentation, loan assistance, and legal handovers.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience (prior experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Property Advisory is highly preferred).Key Skills: B2C Sales, Residential Sales, Property Advisory, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management.Languages: Good knowledge of Tamil and basic English.Assets: Owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for conducting site visits.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of daily prospective client calls and meetings scheduled.Number of successful site visits organized per week.Monthly sales target achievements and conversion rates.
