Recruiter - Overseas

We are looking for freshers who are enthusiastic about building a career in international recruitment and business development. The role involves onboarding new B2B recruitment partners and managing relationships with existing partners to support international hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new B2B recruitment partners and expand the partner network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing recruitment partners.
• Coordinate with partners to understand and fulfil international recruitment requirements.
• Share job requirements and ensure timely candidate sourcing through partner agencies.
• Follow up with partners and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, candidate submissions, and recruitment activities.
