Planning & Business Development

·        Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals.

·        Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers (hospitals, clinics, distributors, government tenders, etc.).

·        Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to drive growth.

Sales

Management

·        Achieve sales targets by driving the sales team towards consistent performance.

·        Build and manage relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and distributors.

·        Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients/customers.

·        Monitor sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and ensure timely reporting to management.

Marketing

Management

·        Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, conferences, and exhibitions.

·        Collaborate with product development and R&D teams for market feedback and product positioning.

·        Ensure brand visibility through digital marketing, medical exhibitions, seminars, and CME programs.

·        Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, product catalogs ) in line with compliance standards.
