Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Officer to handle Personal Loan sales for Kotak Mahindra Bank. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, generating leads through direct and field sales, explaining personal loan products and eligibility, assisting customers with the application and documentation process, coordinating with the bank team for loan processing and disbursement, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of personal loans and banking products
