Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Generate leads through references, walk-ins, telecalling, and digital channels.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain policy features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Ensure timely policy documentation and application processing.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/HRMS.
- Stay updated with insurance products and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer support.
