Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for insurance products.
  • Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and claim procedures to clients.
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
  • Provide after-sales service including renewals and claim support.
  • Follow up with existing clients for policy renewal and cross-selling.
