Roles & Responsibilities

This role carries dual ownership — closing business personally while building a team that closes consistently without hand-holding. The incumbent is expected to lead from the front, not from the sidelines.

Sales Leadership & Team Enablement

Own the day-to-day performance and direction of the sales team with full accountability for output, not just activity

Build and continuously sharpen call scripts, pitch frameworks, and objection-handling tools that actually move conversations forward

Step in as the closer on complex or high-value deals — not as a rescue, but as a demonstration of standard

Coach in real time: call reviews, live feedback, floor presence, and deliberate skill-building that compounds over time

Create a team culture where conversion is a craft, not a chance

Revenue Growth & Strategic Initiatives

Drive initiatives with a clear line of sight to 2x revenue growth — own the outcome, not just the effort

Continuously assess the sales process, identify friction points, and reposition offerings where the market demands it

Lead offer structuring and packaging decisions that improve conversion rates and increase revenue per customer

Bring strategic clarity to the team — translate targets into executable weekly plans, not just monthly hopes

Individual Sales Contribution

Carry a personal monthly revenue target and meet it — through direct closures, new customer acquisition, and account renewals

Function as a practising sales professional, not just a manager — the credibility to lead the team is built in the field, on live calls, with real customers
