Sales Executive

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and help the company meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Find and qualify potential customers through calls, email, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Build lasting relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Track sales performance and share regular updates with the manager.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to resolve customer questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong potential may also apply.
