WE’RE HIRING: Sales Executive – Decorative Paper | Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Location: Tamarai Tech Park, Guindy, Chennai

Experience: 2–8 Years

Industry: Decorative Paper | Paper | Woodworking | HPL | Laminates

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with relevant industry experience in decorative paper, paper products, wood, HPL, laminates, or decorative printing to drive sales and develop customer relationships across India.

Important: Relevant sales experience in the paper, wood, decorative materials, HPL, or laminate industries is mandatory. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.

  • Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth and achieve sales volume, quality, and profitability targets.
  • Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Acquire customers in the HPL, woodworking, decorative printing, paper, and laminate industries.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage monthly and annual sales plans and budgets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and design developments.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to expand the customer base.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with management.
  • Promote company products and maintain a strong professional market presence.


  • Candidate Requirements:2–8 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
  • Mandatory experience in decorative paper, paper, wood, HPL, laminates, decorative printing, or closely related industries.
  • Experience in customer acquisition, dealer development, and business development.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Candidates based in Chennai or elsewhere in Tamil Nadu are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits across India.
