Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented Tele calling Executive to join our travel agency.

The ideal candidate should have excellent fluency in English, strong communication skills, and a passion

for travel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel package proposals.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promote tour packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and other travel services.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing/presentation skills.
• Smart-looking, confident, and professional personality.
• Pleasant manner and customer-friendly attitude.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel may also apply.
