Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads.
- Make calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain basic project details to customers.
- Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
- Assist the Sales Executive in daily sales activities.
- Maintain customer and lead details in Excel.
- Follow up with customers after site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, accounts and site teams.
- Assist with booking and customer documentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales follow-up reports.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through phone, WhatsApp and email.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in real estate sales / customer handling will be an advantage
