Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in solar lighting or renewable energy sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing field appointments, and driving B2B sales including turnkey projects. This role requires someone who is self-driven, organized, and capable of building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across sectors such as construction, real estate, resorts, corporates, and government projects. • Generate own leads through networking, research, and field outreach. • Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits to pitch solar lighting solutions. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals while ensuring profitability. • Develop strong rapport with decision-makers and maintain long-term relationships. • Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Report sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or related field. • 2–5 years of proven sales experience in solar lighting or renewable energy sector. • Strong knowledge of B2B sales, project pitching, and turnkey solution selling. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with strong follow-up ability. • Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
